With full crossplay, PlayStation Plus users can team up with their friends on Steam and Xbox, exploring Space Engineers on the platform of their choice!
Dedicated Servers
Space Engineers now supports Epic Online Services (EOS) servers, shared with Xbox and PC players. We’re prepared to scale up the number of official public servers to accommodate increased traffic. Players can also launch private servers via Nitrado service.
Mod Support, Worlds and Blueprints
Yes, mods are supported, though with some restrictions. Mods that rely on scripting won’t be available in single-player or locally hosted multiplayer, due to console platform limitations. However, scripting support is available on dedicated servers.
Mods are accessible through Mod.io, enabling the sharing of non-experimental mode creations between PlayStation, Xbox, and PC players. You can browse and subscribe to mods and blueprints in-game.
